How to Book Accommodation on GoStay.com.au or GoStay.co.nz

GoStay® allows you to book accommodation year round via our short term site (less than 28 days in advance) or the long term site (over 28 and less than 365 days in advance).

There are minor differences between the layout of the search results and booking procedures for each site.

Booking accommodation less than 28 days in advance

Step 1. Select your destination by clicking on the drop down box and scrolling through the alphabetical results, then click on your destination or enter your Hotel Name. Then select your check in and check out dates and click Search

Step 2. Browse the list of properties and choose one that suits you. If a property has several different types of rooms or packages available, only the lowest priced one is shown on this page. To view other offers, more information about a property or proceed with a booking, select the property by clicking on the name. This takes you to a detailed information page.

Step 3. Select your dates and the room type you require. Click book now.

Step 4. Complete the required details – name, email address and telephone number and read the terms and conditions. Click continue.

Step 5. Complete the credit card details and click Pay Now. Once your credit card details have been processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Booking accommodation more than 28 days in advance

Step 1. Select your destination by clicking on the drop down box and scrolling through the alphabetical results, then click on your destination or enter your Hotel Name. Then select your check in and check out dates and click Search

Step 3. Select your dates and the room type you require. Click book now. Instant confirmation means you can book and confirm your accommodation instantly. On request means that the property cannot confirm your booking instantly but will usually respond to your request within 24 hours.

Step 4. Complete the required details – name, email address and telephone number and read the terms and conditions. Click continue.

Step 5. Complete the credit card details and click Pay Now. Once your credit card details have been processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and an email is sent to you advising that your booking status is On Request.

All services in the booking request will be confirmed (or otherwise) within 24 hours by email. Your payment will not be processed until your booking is confirmed.
